Here's a look some cards that I created using some of the new stamps. For my first card, I used the "A Best Friend" stamp techniquejunkies.com/a-best-friend/ To create this card, I ink blended my paper with three colors of Catherine Pooler Ink: Chiffon, Catching Rays and Pucker Up. I then heat embossed the sentiment with gold embossing powder. Finally, I added several gold gems. For my card base, I used my Pucker Up ink pad and dragged it around all four sides of my card panel, creating the perfectly matched card base. Don't forget that Technique Junkies sells Catherine Pooler inks!
If you are like me, and you just must have all the new stamps in this wonderful new release, please remember there is a "Gotta Have It All Bundle" which is available at a 25% discount:techniquejunkies.com/july-2022-gotta-have-it-all/

For my second card, I used the Tropical Corners Set of 2 techniquejunkies.com/tropical-corners-set-of-2/ new release set, as well as a previously released set: Four Little Sentiments https://techniquejunkies.com/four-little-sentiments/
To create this card, I first heat embossed the stamp with clear embossing powder. I then used my blending brushes and ink blended these three colors of Catherine Pooler Ink over the tropical leaves: Sage, Seafoam and Skylight. I just applied a little bit at a time, and tried to make sure I used all three colors. For the center I ink blended with Oh Boy Catherine Pooler Ink. Don't forget that Technique Junkies sells Catherine Pooler inks! I then heat embossed the "Thinking of You" sentiment from the Four Little Sentiments with Verasfine Clair Shady Lane pigment ink and clear embossing powder. Then I die cut a frame, using the Spellbinders Essential Rectangles Die and green cardstock. For my sentiment, I made a small mat using the same color of green card stock. I put the sentiment on the mat using foam tape. I adhered everything to a blue pearlescent card stock and then onto and A2 card base. My final finishing touch was to add clear gems.
