Hello. Thank you for visiting my Blog. I started making hand made cards in January 2018 and now I create cards almost every day. I love making cards to give away to other people. When I discovered card making it lit a spark within me that drives me to always learn new things and make new cards every chance I get.I live in Western Pennsylvania with my husband and my son and our dog Karley, who is a mix between a yellow lab and a pit bull.

Technique Junkies - Where Flowers Bloom
Hello, welcome to my Blog. I'm Tracy Shultz and I'm The Hopeful Crafter. I'm here today with a card featuring a stamp from Technique Junkies called "Where Flowers Bloom" - part of the April 2021 new release.
I created a video on my YouTube Channel that demonstrates how I made this card:
Here's how I created this card:
1. I positioned my stamp in a stamping platform (Tim Holtz Stamp Platform).
2. I used a fantastix blender brush to color and stamp the leaves with Verdant Ink from Versafine Clair and the Flowers with Charming Pink ink from Versafine Clair. However, I believe there was still some residual amount of Monarch Versafine Clair ink on the Fantastix blender, because the flowers look more purple than pink. That was OK with me, because purple is my favorite color.
3. I stamped the other words with these Versafine Clair Inks: Summertime, Warm Breeze and Tulip Red.
4. I used the Stitched Indented Rectangle Die to cut both the sentiment and a piece of pattern paper with purple flowers.
5. I adhered the pattern paper to an aqua colored card base and the sentiment panel on top of the pattern paper.
6. I adhered three purple flowers to embellish the card.
